What is Dasein Apparel?

We’re not a brand. We help your brand, business, event, or creative project show up the way it should - on quality apparel, direct from factory, with no hidden costs.

Who do you work with?

Anyone who wants their logo or artwork on product - small businesses, large organizations, schools, artists, or just people making cool stuff for fun.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order quantity is 12 units per product.

What’s included in the price?

Simple pricing, no surprises. The first embellishment location is free. Extra placements are $5 each. Shipping is free within the U.S.

How do I get started?

Just upload your artwork, select your product, color, sizes, and artwork location, and submit the form on the product page. You will receive a proof with payment options. Once approved, and payment is received in full, the product(s) will go into production. We’ll take it from there.

What’s the difference between GOOD and BEST?

GOOD is high-quality and budget-friendly. BEST uses premium materials and construction - heavier, more durable, and made to last.

Do you offer custom Pantone colors?

Yes, we do. Custom Pantone-dyed apparel is one of the most premium services we offer. These orders start from scratch - with brand-new fabric dyed to match your exact Pantone color, then cut, sewn, and embellished to order. It’s a white-glove, factory-direct service used by global brands to achieve perfect brand alignment.

Here’s what you should know:

  • Lead Time: Minimum 90 days from order confirmation
  • Order Minimums: Higher than our standard 12-unit minimum; varies by product
  • Pricing: Quotes are provided at the time of order due to global fabric price fluctuations—but you can typically expect around a 20% increase from the listed product price, but a substantial MOQ (minimum order quantity).
  • Process: Requires email confirmation, artwork submission, and approval of a full production proof.
  • Product Offering: Available for apparel only. Hats and beanies are produced in specialty factories that are not set up for this program
  • Sizing & Fit: You’ll choose your preferred fit (Modern, Boxy, Athletic, etc.) based on our quick-turn items; your Pantone order will use similar fabric and sizing as the base product

What types of embellishment do you offer?

We offer embroidery, digital print (direct-to-garment), and screen printing - depending on your artwork and placement.

What file type should I upload?

Please upload PNG or EPS files with a transparent background. For photo-like prints, use PNG. For clean vector logos, EPS works best.

Can I choose where my design goes?

Yes - left chest, full front, back, sleeve, collar, and more - you decide. The first placement is free. Each additional location is $5. Check out our placement guide for more clarity.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship for free?

Yes. Shipping is free across the continental U.S.

How long does production take?

Most orders ship within 10–15 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Custom Pantone orders take 90+ days.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. After payment, we’ll send a digital proof for your review. If you choose not to approve the final artwork, we’ll remit your payment in full.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. For now, we only ship within the United States.

What’s the largest order we can place?

We can fulfill orders of any size, including large-scale brand launch events, trade shows, and company-wide swag programs. Let us know what you need - we’re built for it.

Do you fulfill replenishment programs?

Yes. We can set your company up with a recurring program so you receive fresh products on the timeline you need - without lifting a finger.

Do you take special requests for products not shown on your website?

Yes, occasionally. These are usually one-off custom orders that don’t appear on our site. We’ve intentionally kept our product offering small and curated to stay fast, focused, and simple - unlike other companies that list everything under the sun.
