Shipping policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All orders are made-to-order and fully customized. Once payment is received and artwork proofs are approved, orders are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstance.
We strongly recommend ordering single units or assortment packs in advance to evaluate fit, fabric, and finish before placing a larger order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process your order once final artwork approval and payment are received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order enters production and another with tracking information once it ships.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on all orders. Orders typically arrive within 15 business days after payment is received and are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Note: We do not currently offer international shipping or local pickup.

Production timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Most are fulfilled and shipped within 10–15 business days of final approval.
PROOFS & APPROVALS
All customers receive a digital proof prior to production. Production will only begin once you approve the proof in writing.
If you choose not to approve the artwork, we will remit your payment in full.
Once a proof is approved:
- Your order is considered final and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
- Dasein Apparel is not liable for any dissatisfaction with product appearance, sizing, placement, or fit that arises after proof approval and delivery.
WHY WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS
Because every order is customized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each item is decorated to order and cannot be restocked or resold.
This policy ensures:
- Maximum control over your brand presentation
- Fair and transparent pricing
- No unused inventory waste
We’re happy to help you test fit and fabric by offering low-cost single units or full assortments before you commit to a larger order.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By placing an order with Dasein Apparel, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your order specifications and artwork.
- You have reviewed and approved all digital proofs.
- Dasein Apparel is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction with size, fit, embellishment placement, or aesthetic expectations once a proof is approved.
- Dasein Apparel shall not be held liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including lost profits or brand opportunities, resulting from the use or delivery of our products.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
